Scott Stratton

Scott is Strata's General Counsel, focused on seamless transactions and quality fulfillment across every engagement. He oversees execution and delivery of the firm's R&D tax credit work.

Scott holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Utah, and graduate degrees in Personal Financial Planning along with a Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University. He has been a successful financial planner and practicing attorney for nearly a decade, with particular focus on estate planning, wealth preservation, and positive transaction outcomes.

Scott is a proud husband and father, an accomplished multi-sport athlete, and is fluent in two languages.
