Jenn Westergard

Jenn is VP of Operations. She keeps the firm organized and the data secure. Her strengths include data analytics, project management, software implementation and integration, and HR management.

Her background includes managing grants and specialized budgets, organizing and reporting on data sets, resource optimization, overseeing company improvement through employee training, and maintaining data security. Jenn has a wealth of experience from managing law, property management, and education department offices.

Jenn loves learning and leads and promotes Kaizen, a growth mindset of continuous improvement. She is an insatiable reader who loves walking, gardening, sunshine, and the ocean. She is passionate about women and girls being educated in financial matters, and is involved in Utah Women and Leadership circles with the A Bolder Way Forward initiative.
